Hotel Americana - Cali

The service at this hotel was excellent. The staff was friendly and always attentive to our needs. Despite the small size of the rooms, they were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. One thing that really made us feel at ease was that once we closed the door, we felt safe enough.

Friendly staff, easy walking distance to the center, large working desk, felt safe enough.

Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

During my Christmas stay, I appreciated the friendly and attentive staff who offered good service. the small rooms were suitable for resting and sleeping. the key location in the city center made it easy to explore the area. I enjoyed the feeling of safety I had when I closed the door of my room.

I must mention the high noise level from the bars on the street that was constant, even with the use of earplugs. the bed was uncomfortably hard, which made sleeping a challenge.

The hotel is situated in a central location which is convenient for getting around the city. Despite being in a troubled area, the hotel provides a safe environment for its guests and is located near the police station. the rooms are clean, with upgraded common areas, and there is a large working desk for business travellers.

The hotel is let down by unreliable WiFi and old-style televisions in the rooms.

The hotel is conveniently located near the city center and transportation. We were impressed with the cleanliness of the room and hotel facilities. We were especially impressed with the breakfast and the friendly staff who made us feel at home.

Had a wonderful new year experience at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating during our stay. the rooms were cozy and comfortable with great blackout curtains. , the location was ideal as it was close to the city centre and convenient for exploring the area.

The Wi-Fi connection was a bit unreliable and there was some noise from outside at night which made sleeping a little difficult. the exterior signage was a bit misleading and caused some confusion for Uber drivers.
